Admission Procedure
Admissions are strictly based on interview and test only on the availability of seats. The issue of registration form is announced on the notice board. Application does not guarantee admission. In case of supply of any incorrect information, or incomplete documentation, admission shall be cancelled whenever it is discovered.
A child seeking admission must get his/her name registered in the school / office in the month of March / June. Registration is made for admission test / interview in the new session provided there exists any vacancy in any class.
The minimum age for admission in class L.K.G. is Four Years and it increases accordingly for higher classes. All admissions in different classes are made strictly on the basis of marks obtained in the admission test and interview. The Principal reserves the right to disallow any admission even after selection in the best interest of the institution. At the time of interview the parents are also requested to be present along with the child seeking admission.
A student seeking admission on transfer from another school must submit the Transfer Certificate and the progress report of the previous class issued by the school. Any parent / guardian seeking direct admission of his/her ward for the first time to Class I must also submit the Birth Certificate of his ward issued by the Municipal Authorities supported by an affidavit. Date of birth once recorded in the register will not be changed in any way. Parents must be careful in registering the correct date of birth of their ward. No application pertaining to the change in the D.O.B. will be entertained by the office. Students coming from other states or other Boards must get their T.C. Counter signed by the competent educational authority of that State before depositing it in the office.
The student may be removed from the school on following grounds -
a. Non-payment of school dues
b. Using unfair means in any examination / test
c. Conduct harmful to other students
d. Immorality
e. Stealing, extortion of money or items from other student(s).
f. Damaging school property, assaulting and ragging in any form.
g. Inappropriate or offensive action.
Parents / guardian only can apply for the T.C. of their ward before 31 st March after depositing the required fee for the same. T.C. can be had after the clearance of all dues of the school. In case of mid-term withdrawal the student has to deposit the full fees of the month provided he has attended the class even for a single day
Fee Rules

School Fee should be paid as per schedule given in the Fee Card.
Late Fee Charges : One Instalment Rs. 50, Two Instalments Rs. 200. If Fee is not deposited for three consecutive Instalments the name of the student will be struck-off the school register.
2. Re-admission of defaulters will be at the sole discretion of the Principal and Re-admission fee will be charged equal to ONE MONTH Tuition Fee in addition to other dues as applicable.
3. CBSE Board Exam fee. of class X and XII must be deposited in July/August. Defaulters will be charged Rs.50/- fine in addition to the Board Fee.
4. Fee for the whole academic session can also be deposited in advance.
5. Fee once paid will not be refunded.
6. The school reserves the right to review the fee schedule and rules from time to time.
